A recent Florida Sun-Sentinel Op-Ed led me to put together a little overview of the issue of Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for Haitians. It's not exhaustive, but should give an idea of what Haiti’s up against (or not, from my POV) in order to obtain TPS.
